Leadership
Progress HR Group was founded by Tami Burris, a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) graduate of UNC Charlotte, whose academic training and direct operational experience across payroll, HR, and financial leadership informed how the firm was structured and how it delivers services.
The firm operates as a lean, senior-led team. Every engagement is handled by experienced professionals, not delegated to junior staff. When you work with Progress HR Group, you work with the people who built it.
